All rates quoted are double occupancy. There is a nominal charge of $20 for each additional adult, and $10 for children 11 and under. We are pet friendly with advance notice, and there is a small additional charge for pets. We do have a 14 day cancellation period. Any cancellation made within the 14 day period will be charged one night or 50% of the total booking, whichever is greater, unless the room can be rebooked. If the room is rebooked, or if the cancellation is outside of the 14 days, there will be a $25 cancellation/rebooking charge. There is no refund for early departures. On large or group reservations, we reserve the right to take a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of booking. Occasionally there is a glitch in the online booking system which would show the wrong rates. We do reserve the right to refuse any reservations that are booked at the wrong rate.
